Advertising Conditions:

All advertisements subject to approval. No guarantee can be given, nor liability accepted for non-appearance.

Telephoned instructions, other than author's corrections, cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Advertising space is charged from space allowed in the page prior to printing.

The publishers or an advertiser may at any time and without notice cancel an advertising order. If the advertising order be cancelled by the publishers, the advertiser shall pay for all past insertions at the rate specified in the order.

If the advertising order be cancelled by the advertiser, the advertiser shall pay for all past insertions at the rate applying to the amount of space used.

Orders are accepted subject to the condition that adjustments, i.e. rebate or debit, will be made on the basis of scale rate applicable to the space allocated by the publishers and printed on behalf of the advertiser during 12 months of order.

All orders are subject to Media Council of Australia Rules and Regulations.

In lodging an advertisement with us you agree that we may publish the advertisement on our website. The general terms and conditions that apply to publication of advertisements in our publications apply also to publication of material on our website. These include the terms and conditions set out in our rate card.
