Feel the joy of Irish music, dance and craic: it's the real thing!
Join us for an enjoyable weekend learning and laughing. Set dancing is a relaxed style of Irish social dancing in groups of eight. The workshop program is suitable for new dancers and experienced people and will focus on set dancing steps and style.
Saturday 11th February
Dance workshops from 1pm-4.30pm
at the Masonic Centre, Station St & Civic Place, Katoomba.
Teachers will be Nora Stewart & Martin Largey, Set Dancing Australia. $20
Saturday 11th February
A Set Dancing Céilí (dance) 8.30-11.30pm
at The Alexandra Hotel, Leura, with mighty music from Jimmy Mullarkey & Friends. $15
Sunday 12th February 2012
A combined set dancing workshop followed by a mini céilí from 11am-1.30pm at the Masonic Centre, Station St & Civic Place, Katoomba. Teachers will be Nora Stewart & Martin Largey, Set Dancing Australia. $15
