Lady Gaga is moving to Malibu and has spared no expense finding the perfect pad.
The 28-year-old singer has dropped a whopping $US24 million ($27.3 million) on a new house in the affluent Californian beach city, according to reports.
TMZ reports it's sources say the pop star landed a giant property, situated on a 2.4-hectare block by the beach.
The French Provincial-style home was built in 2006 and is just an hour's drive from Los Angeles.
While the mansion only has five bedrooms, real estate agents The Agency say it still has plenty to offer.
The incredible master suite has an ocean-facing balcony and stone fireplace, and also has his and hers walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms.
"Her" bathroom comes with a deep soak tub, while "his" bathroom comes with a rain/steam shower.
A breezeway connects the master room to the private master office with a gym, another balcony, and a third bathroom.
Both guest bedrooms come with their own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, private balcony and ocean views.
There's a standalone guest cottage, an apartment for the housekeeper, and a three-car garage.
The state-of-the art chef's kitchen has a limestone island bench and breakfast bar, which opens onto its own veranda and is joined to the casual dining area and living room.
Outside there are three pools, including a jacuzzi and a saltwater pool. There's a barbecue area and a number of patio-ed outdoor dining and sitting areas.
Perhaps Lady Gaga is keen for some horse riding, as there is a barn with space for up to eight horses, and the property comes with a riding arena, a number of pens and riding trails.
There's plenty of entertainment indoors as well, starting with an 800-bottle wine cellar and a home theatre with a bar.
The property even has a vintage two-lane bowling alley, which thankfully also comes with modern soundproofing.
The homestead was sold by Warner Bros. worldwide consumer products division founder Dan Romanelli, according to TMZ.
It's likely Gaga's beau, actor Taylor Kinney, will also move in to the luxurious home.
Following rumours the pair had secretly married, Gaga - aka Stefani Germanotta - opened up about her relationship with the 33-year-old Chicago Fire star to The Times of London.
"What has made me so happy with Taylor is that he fiercely loves me from the inside out," Gaga told The Times of her three-year relationship.
"He's very supportive of everything that I do. He's the first man that I have dated that, when I sing onstage, he cries. That means more to me than anything," Gaga said.
She says one of the greatest things about Kinney is that he sees through all her costumes and onstage antics, to the ordinary person she is underneath.
"[Kinney] loves me from the inside out," Gaga said. "And he is completely blind to the way that I dress, my creative process as it is – he knows me as the Italian-American girl my mother and father gave birth to."
