A man has been charged over the deaths of Springwood resident Sarah Frazer and tow truck driver Geoff Clark.
The man was charged with three offences today (Monday), a police spokesman said.
"He was charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death under the Crimes Act and negligent driving causing death under the Road Transport Act," the spokesman said.
The man is due to face Moss Vale Local Court on May 8.
Sarah, 23, and Geoff, 40, were killed after being struck by a truck on February 15 after Sarah's car overheated and broke down on the Hume Highway, two kilometres from the southern highlands town of Mittagong.
