1. Begin the National Disability Insurance Scheme a year ahead of schedule, starting in Penrith and the Blue Mountains in July.
2. Introduce a $90 Gas Rebate for 290,000 low income households from July.
3. Invest $60 million funding to fix "pinch points" at key intersections and to improve bus infrastructure in 2015/2016.
4. Begin duplication of the Pacific Highway, with construction of the final 155 kilometres of upgrades between Woolgoolga to Glenugie to start within weeks.
5. Appoint the state's first Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.
6. Ban cruise ships from using high sulphur fuels in NSW ports by the middle of next year.
7. "Crackdown" on underquoting real estate agents, including stripping them of fees and commissions and forcing agents to provide vendors of proof their price estimates are accurate.
8. Implement tougher law and order policies including life sentences for child sex offenders, and harsher sentencing guidelines for people found guilty of gun crime.
9. Spend an additional $20 million a year, from 2016, on protecting native plants and wildlife.
10. Triple to 100,000 the number of drivers who undergo roadside drug testing each year.
