Proving he can shoot goals in more than one sport, Real Madrid and Wales winger Gareth Bale has aced the NBA's half-court challenge after the gauntlet was thrown down on Twitter.
Wearing a Miami Heat vest and questionable matching headband, the former Tottenham Hostspur Premier League star took five shots at the basket from the halfway line.
Bale was successful with three out his five attempts, sending him shooting to the top of the leaderboard ahead of fellow soccer players Demba Ba, Petr Cech, Andre Schurrle, Brad Friedel and Geoff Cameron - all of whom made one out of five on their respective efforts.
Having completed the challenge in style, Bale called out Real Madrid teammate Luka Modric and Mercedes Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton to try their hand next.
