Australia Day is just around the corner, and that means hundreds of thousands of young and not-so-young Australians are narrowing down their picks for Triple J’s Hottest 100.
The poll, touted as the “world’s greatest music democracy”, registered more than two million votes in 2014, and has become a rite of passage for Triple J faithful and casual listeners alike.
Last year’s poll was dominated by Victorian electronica artist Chet Faker, who registered three tracks in the top ten.
With voting almost closed (polls close midday Friday, Jan 22), we want to know what Blue Mountains Gazette readers are tipping for the #1 song of the year.
