Part of the tightly-held Blaxland commercial precinct is going under the hammer.
The property which is for sale, in the heart of the Blaxland shops.
Agent Rob Tappouras from PRD Nationwide, said there had not been much sold in this precinct for many years.
He said there had been a significant amount of interest in the property, in the heart of the Blaxland shops, which currently has six tenants. These include a barber, conveyancer, Chinese takeaway, coffee shop, pizza shop and therapist.
The Emu Plains owners have held the property for 33 years and have decided to sell to enjoy their retirement.
The property will go to auction on September 13.
