Kirsten Williams, virtuoso violinist and Associate Concertmaster of the Sydney Symphony, joins western Sydney’s own Penrith Symphony Orchestra for its next exciting concert, featuring the work of three Romantic era masters.
Kirsten, a highly-regarded strings educator, and passionate musical contributor to community causes, will be performing the great Wieniawski Violin Concerto No. 2 in D minor, memorable for its lush and moving melodies.
Also on the program will be Dvořák’s beloved Carnival Overture, with the symphony concert rounded out with Brahms’ light and cheerful 2nd Symphony.
