A man has died in an accident at a building site in Sydney's north-west.
Police were called to Porter Street in Ryde at 1.30pm on Tuesday with reports a man had fallen off a deck.
They found the man, whose age has not been released, critically injured on the ground.
Officers performed CPR until paramedics arrived, however the man died at the scene.

Police from Ryde Local Area Command have set up a crime scene at the building site to investigate the death.
They are being assisted by SafeWork NSW.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
