Police are appealing for help to locate a man who is believed to be in the Blue Mountains.
Jeremy Fittler, 34, was last seen on Wednesday, February 15 in his white Ford Courier with NSW registration plates BHQ 86X.
The Courier is a 2005 four-door model without a bulbar and weather shields on the front driver and passenger side windows.
Mr Fittler did not report for his last two shifts at his Lithgow workplace and friends and family have told police they have grave concerns for his welfare as this behaviour is extremely out of character for him.
He is described as being 175cm tall, of thin build, Caucasian appearance, with black hair and a full trimmed beard.
Police have been told Mr Fittler regularly wears a variety of baseball caps.
