Sgt Pepper's remembered 50 years on at Faulconbridge Public School

Mufti musical day raising $4000 for school band instruments. The money raised will buy the school a tenor saxophone and French horn, and go well towards getting a tuba.

Half a century ago, the historical phenomenon that was the Beatles released Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. And to mark the occasion the students of Faulconbridge Public School celebrated with a Beatles day on the last day of term 2 (Friday June 30).
