Federal Police are seeking a Slovenian national wanted over an alleged child sex offence and who could be working in Western Australia.
Joze Smit - aka Joza Smit and Joseph Smit - is wanted in Slovenia to face charges relating to an alleged child sex offence.
On July 13 an Extradition Arrest Warrant was issued for the 56-year-old.
An artist's impression of his current appearance has been released by the AFP.
Smit was last seen in Melbourne in 2014 but information provided to the AFP suggests he intended to work in the mines, possibly in Western Australia or western areas of Queensland or NSW.
People who may be friends or relatives of Smit, or have any information on his current whereabouts, have been urged to come forward.
Members of the public should not approach Smit if they believe they have had contact with him, or are aware of his location.
