A car accident caused significant traffic delays on the Great Western Highway on Tuesday morning.
The accident occurred near Faulconbridge at about 7.45am on October 10.
More than two hours later, the highway’s traffic flow was still affected.
The site has now been cleared, but there are still traffic queues up to about 4km heading eastbound.
Emergency services personnel remain at the scene.
Motorists in the area should expect delays and allow extra travel time.
