For the 10th year in a row the Blue Mountains Regional Business Chamber Chamber is asking the public to come out to the Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub on May 2 and support their local small business community.
Chamber president, Mark Barton of Bartons Real Estate, said “that he is thrilled that over 40 businesses are exhibiting their services and products at this year’s expo”.
Mr Barton said that “Blue Mountains TV is coming to town but I can’t give away too much until expo day”.
“Blue Mountains TV will be at the expo outlining their services which will go live on a digital channel in the next couple of months – come down and talk to their folks when you visit the expo.”
Western Sydney Business Centre will have its small business bus at the forecourt of the Springwood Hub and business owners can come along and receive high quality and free business advice.
For those entering the business awards later in the year there is a workshop being presented by the NSW Business Chamber on how to prepare for and write an award-winning business submission – this is on from 2-4pm at the venue.
Mr Barton said the “the public are instrumental in making a business expo successful so we are calling on your support”. “You all know that the small business community are a vital component of our social fabric – they provide jobs to our children, support sporting events, give prizes to fund raising activities, provide a meeting place for social interaction and most importantly make our villages and towns thrive”.
There are a limited number of exhibit spaces still available for business owners to become involved with an exhibit space. For more information or to book a space hop on www.bmchamber.org.au/Expo or contact the Blue Mountains Business Chamber at admin@bmchamber.org.au.
