Full job description

Your new role:

  • Handle inbound & outbound call services
  • Email inbox management
  • Identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Meeting targets for call volumes and record keeping
  • Providing solutions and/or alternatives to customers

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • High-level communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Government experience is highly regarded
  • Understanding or lived experience of disability
  • MUST BE an Australian citizen
