Excavator Operator

Your new company
Due to the current heavy workload in the construction industry, Hays has now partnered with a Melbourne based Earthmoving company who are looking for experienced operators, to join their teams on an ongoing basis. This company has been operating for over 25 years and pride themselves on quality, safety and a strong team environment.

Your new role
You will be required to operate a 40tonne Excavator on a subdivision site, performing earth moving duties such as rock breaking, loading trucks and moving dirt. This is site has a standard for high productivity, so it is expected of you to work efficiently and safely to ensure work is completed to merit.

What you'll need to succeed

• Confidence working on large machinery
• Full time availability 5-6 days a week
• Experience in Civil Construction, Quarries or Mining
• White Card
• Reliable transport
• Other relevant tickets would be beneficial – moxy, dozer, skid steer, grader
