The Role

The F&B Duty Manager has the overall responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation and management of Front of House staff at Pinky's Beach Club, ensuring superior guest focus is at the forefront of all activities. The Food & Beverage Duty Manager will supervise, train, and coordinate the work of all Food & Beverage attendants. Ensuring efficiency standards are implemented, with strong customer service. Assisting the Venue Manager with stock control including stock takes and ordering. Producing new and innovative ideas to improve the operation.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a same/similar role
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Passionate about hospitality
  • Able to think on their feet with the ever-changing climate
  • Great leadership skills and qualities
  • H&L POS experience is highly regarded
  • Looking to advance their career in Hospitality
