Your new role
You will form an integral part of the site management team for a multi-storey commercial project. You will be responsible for finishing trades and defect management supporting the Site Manager throughout the full construction process from start to finish. You will monitor site safety, promote a teamwork approach and ensure that sub-contractors deliver according to the program and project documentation. I'm also recruiting another role for a Structures Foreman so feel free to apply if you're better suited to structures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Foreman on large commercial Developments. An all-round ability with finishing trades will be well regarded while competent computer skills are essential. A strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude are paramount with ability to work rostered Saturdays. Proven Leading Hands on with this experience, ready to make the next step up will also be considered.
What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience while a base range of $100k - $140k is a good indicator. This is a permanent role joining a reputable commercial builder on a large Sunshine Coast based project, with long term local work assured.
