My client is an established multi-services organisation in Penrith who are specialists in the Business Services and Tax environment and are seeking an Intermediate Accountant and Senior Accountant to join their team.
Working alongside the Manager and Managing Partner, you will be required to work on a portfolio that possesses a handful of the firm's largest accounts. Thus the ideal accountant will be someone who thrives in a largely client facing role with the support of managers, be able to identify value add areas and also have strong compliance knowledge.
Some responsibilities include:
Tax return and financial statement preparation for all entity types
BAS/IAS, FBT and CGT
Liaising with clients, ATO and ASIC
Preparation of budgets and reports
Draft initial tax advice
Tax planning, assistance with business structure set ups, PSI, Govt Stimulus packages
Applicants will have:
Intermediates: 1.5+ years' tax or business services experience
Seniors: 4+ years experience
CA/CPA qualified or studying
Strong technical skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
