Procurement Manager

Your new company
This 12-month position will be working with a multinational company within the defence space.

Your new role
In your new position you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement across electrical and IT systems. You will be engaging projects at early bid phase to optimise the solution and propose innovative supply chain approaches. You will oversee the tendering process, manage the suppliers relevant to the bids. You will also be addressing any supplier performance issues in a proactive manner.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have extensive procurement experience within a high-tech environment. You will have experience working in a complex project environment. You will have the strong negotiation skills managing large spend contracts. You will also have strong communication and stakeholder management skills along with influencing skills.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get an immediately available 12-month position working on large interesting projects. The role also offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
