Project Manager/Contract Administrator

Your new company
We have partnered with an established high end builder who specialise in luxury Apartment and Townhouse projects up to $10M. Due to recently won projects, they are looking for a CA who wants to take the step up into a PM role.

Your new role

• The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
• Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff.
• Letting subcontractor packages
• Assisting in the management of progress claims and variations

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5+ years' experience delivering new build Apartments or Commercial projects.
• Preferably delivered luxury projects.
• Degree related to Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Ambition to commit long term and progress within the business.
