Full job description

Your new role

  • Quoting and invoicing tasks
  • Liaising with relevant departments throughout the business for supplies
  • Entering contracts onto the system and making sure accurate
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Logging service calls
  • General administration duties

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong administration duties
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced on Microsoft package
