Senior Account Manager

Recent growth and acquisitions have lead to the expansion and need for another experienced Senior Account Executive to join their Corporate team. Whether you're an experienced broker sick of the international broking environment or just want greater responsibilities and ownership of a portfolio, I'd encourage you to inquire about this role. You'll take on and service a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clientele using your customer service and broking expertise, helping grow this book by converting leads and referrals.

What are the benefits?

• Base salary between $80,000 - $120,000 + super (based on experience)

What will you be doing?

• Provide high-level service to an existing portfolio of clients
• Manage client insurance needs including renewals, claims management, policy document management, general client inquiries - with the help of the claims and admin team
• Providing support and technical advice to junior colleagues
• Grow the book through the processing and conversion of new business leads & referrals

What do you need?

• Broking experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager
• Strong technical broking capabilities with broad product knowledge
• Tier 1 broking qualification
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Passion for growing and developing your colleagues
• Friendly and positive personality with a passion for growth and development
