This is your chance to join a developer who is about to start working on a game changing development in the Sydney CBD. They are well funded, have a strong development pipeline, and have in place a team of highly regarded property professionals working towards creating a positive outcome for the Sydney office market.
  
 The role
Due to growth within the business, a position has been created for a Senior Commercial Development Manager to join the team and work on a high profile commercial office development in Sydney. Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Development of Multiple Commercial Buildings
• Prepare the Development Business Plan for Approval
• Lead the Preparation & Approval of Development Applications
• Prepare the Development Delivery Strategy with Construction Team
• Develop Investor, Sales & Marketing Strategies with External Agencies

  
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have a minimum of 15 year’s experience in property development. Other key requirements include:

• Large Scale Premium Office Development Experience
• Experience in Design Excellence Processes
• Strong Leadership Skills with Internal & External Stakeholders
• Experience Working on Projects from Approval through to Delivery
• Understanding of Design Process for Large Scale Landmark Developments including Masterplanning, Scheme Development & Approvals
