Our Workplace practice group is one of the most successful employment law practices in Australia and is led by industry experts, with extensive experience across the full spectrum of employment law and industrial relations advice. Your Role
Our market leading Workplace team in Perth are looking for a talented Senior Workplace Consultant to work with well-respected partners, Kathy Reid and Craig Boyle. This role is available as full time permanent position, due to new opportunities of work from our existing clients.
This role will involve managing different projects, consulting and advising clients from private and public sector on a mix of workplace consultancy, employee relations and HR matters. The role would see you being involved in a range of matters such as enterprise agreement bargaining, drafting and negotiation, workplace investigations, workforce restructuring, culture reviews, payroll consulting and people services.
