Join the SDN village and make a real difference to the lives of children.
SDN Children's Services is a village of professionals, families and children all working to make a difference to children's lives. When you join our village, you're joining a not-for-profit organisation with over 115 year's experience supporting children's wellbeing.
Our Children's Therapies team supports families overcome challenges that make everyday life and participation tough for children and young people aged 0 - 16 years with autism and developmental delays.
Our village is a diverse and inclusive place to work where professionals are valued and careers are nurtured. We offer true support and ongoing opportunities to consult with clinical leads through 1:1, group and peer supervision, transdisciplinary meetings and regular opportunities to connect both professionally and socially in order to develop strong networks with each other.
We are strong believers in promoting from within and create tailored individual career development plans in order to support your career and life goals. We will support you to develop your mentoring skills and offer opportunities for you to act in leadership roles in order to support your transition into management.
Our offices are located in Parramatta, Liverpool, Penrith, Rooty Hill and Redfern. You will have the flexibility to schedule your own meetings and will be allocated to the Penrith area to minimise travel time. You will be able to work from home as we also offer Telehealth options to families and allow our therapists to use home as a base if it suits.
We offer flexible working arrangements with both full time and part time options available.
