Job Details:

  • Location : Melbourne Office only
  • Contract: Start 4 July 2022 for 6 months plus 2 x 6 month extension options
  • Eligibility: This role is in a Federal Government environment and the client is limited to accepting Australian Citizens only.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for its Melbourne office. This role will provide responsible, reliable, and respectful Level 1 service desk support to end users of their ICT systems.

Experience and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent phone manner with great written communication skills
  • Supporting Microsoft Office 365
  • Good general ICT and networking knowledge
