Site Manager

Your new company
This well-established, national organisation are a reputable and sought-after commercial builder who specialize in the delivery of education and aged care projects circa $40M. Due to an increase in recently awarded projects, an experienced Site Manager is required to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

• Your initial project will be a $30M Aged Care project in Melbourne’s West
• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met on site
• Coordinating trades and working alongside the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in a Site Manager level role or above with a commercial builder in Melbourne
• Ideally you will have strong exposure to finishes
• Experience on Commercial projects to a minimum value of $15M
• Trade qualifications in building
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and a passion to succeed
