This reputable Tier 3 Commercial builder specialise in a diverse range of Commercial Project’s including Health, Aged Care, Institutional, Education, Commercial and Industrial projects to the value of $60M. They have been demonstrating their incomparable expertise for over 30 years and have developed a strong name for themselves within the Construction industry. Due to recently won projects, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager to come on board to deliver a 1 down, 4 up Aged Care Centre.

Your new role

• Responsible for diverse commercial projects circa $60M
• Initially, you will be responsible for a 4 up, 1 down Aged Care Centre
• Conducting toolbox meetings, ensuring OH&S standards and quality standards are met at all times
• Coordinating trades on site and working alongside your PM and SM to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Site Manager role, within the local Melbourne market on commercial projects is a must
• A trade qualification or degree relevant to construction
• Experience in a Site Manager role on commercial projects circa $20M
• Strong communication, time management & attention to detail are essential for this role
