Your new company is a large-scale, well-known heavy manufacturing organisation located in the south-east.
Your new role
Your new role as Talent Acquisition Advisor will see you manage a team of 3 staff to take the lead in employee attraction and brand strategy. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across both blue- and white-collar roles across the organisation, working on an average of 60 vacancies at any one time and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver the best results. You will be expected to conduct your recruitment using a variety of approaches including proactive methods. As well as this, you will be involved in the strategic decision-making pertaining to all areas of the candidate experience including the development and implementation of new and updated processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have experience recruiting across both the blue- and white-collar spaces in a high-volume, end-to-end capacity. You will have experience leading a small team or have aspirations to do so, and strong leadership and delegation skills. This role does offer some flexibility to work-from-home, however applicants must be able to work on-site in the eastern-suburbs head office.
