After spotting a 1992 Gazette item which mentioned “the inaugural meeting of Blue Mountains Bird Observers”, the club decided to hold a 25th anniversary celebration at the Lawson Bowling Club. The celebration was combined with a presentation about the yellow-faced honeyeater migration, including this year’s count results.
