Blue Mountains major Mark Greenhill: ‘No grounds for suspension’

Before a noisy, full public gallery, the Blue Mountains City Council on Tuesday night endorsed a submission to Local Government Minister Gabrielle Upton addressing a second notice of intention to suspend the elected councillors for three months and appoint an interim administrator.
