Blue Mountains Regional Business Expo gears up for 10th annual event

The very best of businesses in the Blue Mountains will be at the Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub for the 10th Regional Business Expo on May 2.

Presented by the Blue Mountains Regional Business Chamber,  a wide variety of business expertise and talent will be showcased. The expo is sponsored by Western Sydney Business Enterprise Centre, Western Sydney Access Magazine and Blue Mountains TV.

John Todd, Executive Officer of the Western Sydney Business Centre, is looking forward to this year’s event, which runs from 9.30am-3.30pm.

“We are very proud to sponsor the premium event on the Blue Mountains business calendar once again,” said Mr Todd.

“The Western Sydney Business Centre, with thanks to the NSW Government’s Business Connect Program and the Federal Government's Australian Small Business Advisory Services Program, provides business advice for new and existing businesses across the entire western Sydney region. We will have an exhibit at the expo and also sort out how you can take advantage of our free private business advice sessions.”

Western Sydney Business Access is a business-focused magazine servicing the greater western Sydney region.  Federal Macquarie MP Susan Templeman will launch their new TV channel, Blue Mountains TV, at the expo.

In order to be successful the Business Expo requires the Blue Mountains community to get behind small business.  Mark Barton of Bartons Real Estate and President of the Blue Mountains Regional Business Chamber said that “we need the public to come along and support our regional small businesses who are the lifeblood of your towns and villages”.

Business owners can become involved with an exhibit space. Earlybird savings of $50 area available by booking before April 19. For more information or to book a space, contact the Blue Mountains Business Chamber at admin@bmchamber.org.au or visit www.bmchamber.org.au/expo.
