The dry across much of the state is shaping up to look like the 1982 drought, or so go the chats at the saleyards of late.
But that isn’t stopping farmers from hoping the current dry spell will not be as bad, and that rain is just over the horizon.
To get a clearer picture of the current dry spell we put a call out yesterday asking you, the readers, to show us how brown, green, wet or dusty it is in your neck of the woods.
We’ve got photos back from all across the sate – including the North West, Monaro, Central West, Hunter Valley, Southern Tablelands, New England, Far West, South West Slopes, and the Riverina just to name a few.
Share your photos with us via Facebook inbox, commenting on the above post or tagging #thelandnews on Instagram or Twitter.
