A car flipped onto its roof about 7.15pm on July 11 when travelling on the Great Western Highway at Springwood.
One person was trapped for a short time, before being taken to Nepean Hospital by paramedics.
An Ambulance NSW spokesman said the person had minor injuries and was transported in a stable condition.
The accident occurred on the highway between George St and the Hawkesbury Rd bridge.
