Retiring president and East Blaxland counselling psychologist Rennie Schmid inducted Ms Fisher before a capacity crowd of 70 Rotarians partners and friends – and thanked all members of his team for 2017/18 for another successful year of service.
Besides significant financial and service support ($60,000 plus) for 31 community organisations, the retiring president expressed pleasure in development of survey systems and club committee organisation during the year.
The new president is a project leader within a financial services company working on the development of professional programs focused on the future of work.
She inducted her new team and said she was aiming to bring a renewed focus and sense of purpose to the Rotary club – bringing a successful membership plan to life, expanding the difference Rotarians make internationally and becoming a force for positive change within our local community.
