If your child is looking for a sport that they can learn as an individual in a group environment, Wolves Taekwondo could be the place for them.
Andrew Johnston teaches Taekwondo and Gumdo (korean sword art) at his facility and says his sport teaches kids concentration skills.
“It’s suited to kids who want to learn to focus a bit more,” he explained.
“Taekwondo is a great sport when you want to be able to channel the overly-excitable energy of kids.”
Andrew said that learning an individual sport such as Taekwondo will give children something they can take away and use in everyday life.
More than just teaching the skills of the sport, Andrew focusses on making children feel important and giving them the confidence and ability to follow their own goals.
“We have been in the Blue Mountains for 25 years and in that time have worked with thousands of kids.”

Andrew has worked with a number of children who have behavioral, physical or intellectual challenges and has discovered his techniques and lessons have made a positive impact their lives. “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with families in the Blue Mountains.”
Registering for Taekwondo or Gumdo is easy. Registration is open anytime. All you need to participate is loose comfortable clothing, joggers and a water bottle, so no expensive outlay for gear is needed.
