The beautiful Hawkesbury Valley is home to the Hawkesbury Artists and Artisans Trail.
The trail was created by artists for artists and its members are some of the most talented and well known talents in the Hawkesbury region.
The trail is a non profit organisation which has been designed to promote local, professional and emerging artists and allows visitors to meet members in their own unique and creative environments.
Members of the trail will be throwing open their studio doors to the public, showcasing their talents and creations in their own studios, during the annual open studio weekend on August 25 and 26 from 10am to 4pm.
On display will be affordable fine art, photography, fine furniture, glass, jewellery, felting, table art and more.
This premier event on the Hawkesbury arts calendar gives visitors an opportunity to meet the artists and to see them at work as well as have the opportunity to purchase affordable fine art direct from the artist.
Discover artists’ stories and why they are driven to create.
Some members who teach across all mediums will give demonstrations during the weekend.
If you feel inspired during your visit to our studios, to unleash your creative spirit, please ask us about tuition or a workshop.
You can pick up a trail flyer with members details from Hawkesbury Regional Gallery, Windsor and Hawkesbury Visitor Information Centre at Clarendon, 238 Hawkesbury Valley Way, Clarendon, near Richmond, opposite the RAAF Base.
