For the fourth year in a row, local children’s ensemble Counterpoint will present A Cultural Christmas as the opening act for the Wollemi Twilight Market at the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre on Saturday, December 15.
Counterpoint will perform festive music from around the world, including the Ukranian Carol of the Bells, the Brazilian Na Bahia Tem, Pachelbel’s Canon and a variety of well known carols.

The ensemble is made up of 16 young musicians playing a variety of bells, glockenspiels, xylophones and other percussion instruments.
The director is Alison Lockwood. The concert starts at 5.30pm.
Afterwards, members of the public will be able to browse a range of artistic gift ideas from talented Blue Mountains makers, continue to listen to live music and enjoy the Christmas spirit under the twinkling lights.
