Songstress shines at the Hydro

Pop legend Wendy Matthews gave a red hot performance under the vaulted ceiling of the Hydro Majestic Hotel ballroom on Australia Day. An enthusiastic audience enjoyed the songstress’s soulful performance of some of her biggest hits. Matthews has a reputation as an artist par excellence with a sublime, expressive voice which she used to perfect effect to take the audience through a variety of genres from jazz to blues, rock to gospel, soul to infectious pop and beautiful ballads.
