​The world premiere of Leonard the Lyrebird: A Musical Story by composer Ian Munro was held at Scenic World Blue Mountains on February 23-24.

Based on the children's book by Jodie McLeod and illustrated by Eloise Short, the composition produced by Mountains Concerts was an enchanting mix of storytelling, instrumentation, illustration and nature.
