Australasian Wrestling Federation comes to Springwood for Blue Mountains HubCon

Australasian Wrestling Federation (AWF) Live Pro-Wrestling comes to the Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub in Springwood on Friday, July 12.

The standalone live sports entertainment event is part of the inaugural Blue Mountains HubCon pop culture convention.

Wrestling fans will witness the AWF Commonwealth and AWF Tag Team Championships defended, plus the crowning of a new Next Wrestling Stars Champion. The night will also feature AWF women's action and more exciting undercard matches that will have fans on the edge of their seats.

"The AWF Hubcon Superslam is set to be the most impressive pro-wrestling event to ever take place in the Blue Mountains," said AWF Commissioner Matt Svenson.

"The talent is world class, every bout is high stakes, and the venue is state of the art. In all we urge anyone who is up for a fantastic night of family friendly pro-wrestling to come along and be part of the atmosphere of AWF Hubcon SuperSlam. This AWF Supercard is set to be a historic and memorable night of Australian Wrestling that we are sure sports and theatre fans of all ages will thoroughly enjoy."

  • AWF Commonwealth Championship: Franco Varga (USA) Vs Whiskey Sixx (C)
  • Next Wrestling Stars Championship Crowning: Deadly Shot Kasai Vs TNT
  • AWF Tag Team Titles: Chris Rukker and Greatness Linstrom Vs Golden Gods; Adonis and JL Gold (C)
  • International Challenge: Shane Saw Vs MITSU (Japan)
  • AWF Women's Bout: Nikki Nitro Vs Jasmin Vittora
  • Style Style Vs Power: Wesley Williams Vs GUN
