Based in a heritage-listed building dating back to 1898, Pins on Lurline promises to deliver a unique and authentic Blue Mountains dining experience.
The restaurant's Katoomba property has a rich history which is linked to the development of the town.
Built by HA Bundy, it was originally called Rubyston and used as a furnished letting house.
Throughout the years it has been a small private school, a guesthouse and a private residence before being converted into a tea room in the late 1980s.
It was renamed the Swiss Cottage Restaurant in the late 1990s and was a popular local eatery for more than 20 years.
Previous owners Simon and Keiko Kjelgaard changed its name to Pins on Lurline in 2012.

Adam Shaw and Jody Noppert took over the property in 2016 and have continued to run it as Pins on Lurline, offering fine cuisine while embracing the history and beauty of the Blue Mountains, and restoring the property.
"We respect the history of the building and the beauty of the mountains and aim to highlight both of those things in our restaurant," Ms Noppert said.
She said Pins on Lurline specialised in creating fine modern Australian cuisine that's creative and used the freshest ingredients, especially those sourced locally.
"Our menu is complemented by a carefully compiled wine list," Ms Noppert said.
"We focus on local regional vineyards showcasing wines from Mudgee, Orange, Canberra, Hilltops and The Hunter Valley.
"We're proud that we have been awarded the Australian Good Food Guides People's Choice award for the past three years running."
Ms Noppert said Pins on Lurline was a popular choice for groups celebrating birthdays, engagements, corporate events, and even weddings.
"Diners really appreciate our beautiful heritage listed dining room and cozy atmosphere, especially when celebrating special occasions," she said.
"We're really proud to say we welcome guests from all over the world.
"But what makes us happiest is that we have become a popular choice for our local diners."
Pins On Lurline is open seven nights a week for dinner and offers lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
