Man dies at Glenbrook

A 34-year-old man has died after being hit by a train at Glenbrook.

Police were called to Glenbrook Railway Station about 4.25pm on Wednesday, October 16, after reports a man had been hit by a train.

A NSW Police spokeswoman said his death was not being treated as suspicious.

There were significant delays for commuters on the Blue Mountains train line as trains were held, with buses replacing trains between Penrith and Springwood into the evening. Train services resumed about 9pm.
