Bring a plate, a bottle and enjoy Glumbooks - the Musical, this year's Rhodo Revue.
The story so far...
Mr Glumme is a retired adventurer, trying to make a go of running a bookshop in Blackheath. Longing for the good old days of ripping adventures with the lads, he finds the daily routine unsatisfying and annoying, so immerses himself in reading, dreaming of other times and other lives and imagining what might be.
Will he find adventure in Blackheath? Will the badass girl detectives find out what the mysterious stranger is up to? Will the mysterious stranger find what she's looking for?
And will the townsfolk ever find out the real plans for Blackheath or will they have to keep on guessing?
The annual Rhodo Revue is always an original invention, set in Blackheath and depicting local events and local characters, both real and fictional.
This year's script has been constructed by a small team of Blackheath's wittiest wits - so get excited.
Bring your own supper and drinks and enjoy the show at tables of eight. There'll be prizes for best dressed table each night - awarded for the table itself or the people seated around it.
Friday-Sunday, November 15-17 (note no Monday performance). Tickets $30 at Richardson and Wrench, Blackheath, 10am-4pm weekdays or at Trybooking.com/BGGGJ.
