A weekend long event, a sexy, outrageous, funny empowering celebration of femininity in all of its forms.
The burlesque weekend was established to carve out performance opportunities for local and visiting artists and to give the chance to local audiences and performers to be exposed to high quality performers and guest workshops.
The 2019 event is set to be the best yet, headlined by Victoria-based 2019 Miss Burlesque Australia, Bettie Bombshell, and NZ-based 2019 Queen of the New Zealand Burlesque Festival, Amourous Ava. Both are not only performing but each running a workshop for local dancers/performers at The Sock Hop in Katoomba.
Also featuring local artists Porcelain, Selkie, Queenie La Mer and Stone cold Fox Burlesque, Sydney-based Delilah Dollbaby as well as a show of emerging artists from NSW and the ACT.
