Morning Melodies kicks off in style at the Blue Mountains Theatre for 2020 with the fabulous Swinging Sixties Show.
This 90-minute music spectacular is filled with non-stop entertainment and fun with songs from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Monkees, The Easy Beats, Cilla Black, Dusty Springfield, Lulu and more.
The band members are passionate about the sixties, capturing the sounds and mood of music's most exciting era with all the trimmings; tailor-made 60s style mod suits and dresses, Rickenbacker and Gretsch guitars and Vox amplifiers. To top it off, the concert features the gorgeous Sixties A Go Go Girls shaking their tail feathers in swinging dance routines, with multiple dazzling costume changes throughout the show.
Featuring vocals from Bobby Benton and Twiggy Skylark, The Swinging Sixties Show delivers a high-class, top-end entertainment that will have you dancing in the aisles.
This wonderful concert event is a featured program of the city's 2020 Seniors Festival Program and is a special co-presentation of Blue Mountains City Council, Springwood Neighbourhood Centre and the theatre.
