A Leura man had admitted he's writing a long list of all the fun things he's going to do once he's no longer in self-isolation, after winning the Set for Life division two prize on Sunday night.
The New South Wales player scored the division two prize of $5000 a month for one year in Set for Life draw 1697. He is the second Set for Life division two winner since the launch of the new game changes on March 23.
An official from the Lott spoke to the winner this morning [Tuesday, March 31]. He admitted while celebrations were limited in self-isolation, he was sure to enjoy the next 12 months thanks to the monthly $5000 prize.
"There really isn't much to do at the moment, but I am sure I can find something fun to do around the home," he said.
"While I can't leave the house, I do live in a lovely area, so I will sit outside, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the view this morning.
"I will save my prize until I can actually do something. Of course, I will share some with my family.
"But when we can finally go out again, that's when the fun can begin."
The man's winning 15-game QuickPick entry was purchased at thelott.com - Australia's official lotteries.
Across the country, the New South Wales winner held the only entry that won the division two prize in Set for Life draw 1697.
