Labor doesn't buy the excuse that the Morrison government has been too busy dealing with the coronavirus pandemic to introduce a federal integrity commission.
Manager of opposition business Tony Burke says committees and everything else within parliament has been working during this time.
"It is a deliberate decision from (Scott) Morrison to try to go on a go slow when it comes to dealing with corruption," Mr Burke told Sky News' Sunday Agenda program.
He said last week's Senate Estimates hearings discovered draft legislation to expose corruption was given to the government in December last year.
"It's about exposing what's going on and their response to it is to keep secret," Mr Burke said.
He rolled off a number of issues that should have come under the spotlight of an integrity commission, such as the so-called sports rorts scandal, water buy-backs and the land purchase for the Western Sydney airport.
Senate Estimates also found Australia Post chief spent Christine Holgate $12,000 on Cartier watches for senior staff and has been stood aside.
Mr Burke said the $3 million Western Sydney land deal ended up being $30 million.
"That's worth 10,000 Cartier watches and Scott Morrison won't establish a body to be able to deal with it," Mr Burke said.
Independent politician Helen Haines plans to introduce a bill on Monday to set up a national anti-corruption watchdog, sick and tired of delay.
Labor and the crossbench support her model but she is still two votes short.
